FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • If you are prior to 10 days before your class, you can receive a refund minus a 10% processing fee or a credit for the full amount. If you are within the 10 day window you are welcome to gift the class to a friend. Please just let us know their email address and that you are gifting the class. 

  • Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for missed classes as we only allow a limited number of actors in each session and your spot was reserved.

  • We do not offer any scholarships, but we do offer free online classes you can register for under the “Online” tab on our site. We also offer After Pay as an option to help split up your payments for our workshops.

  • Our Perfect Submission and Crush The Callback workshops are not recorded and you need to be present to participate. 

    *Occasionally we will make an exception if someone has a booking and the class facilitator can give them the feedback the guest says in the class if they have already submitted a tape. You would just need to let the facilitator know to do this.

  • You really can’t go wrong with any of our offerings, but I would decide if you want to learn from an agent or a Casting Director, and then decide if you want to be in-studio or online.

  • The biggest difference is one is online and the other is in person. The 360 works on your self tape, call back, and cold read skills and concludes with a Q&A. The Perfect Submission mimics the online audition process where you submit a headshot, self-tape, and demo reel. You receive feedback from an industry pro in the class concludes with a Q&A.

  • Get Scene Plus+ is our monthly program that allows you to cancel at any time. It connects you with two industry pros every month. A monthly Q&A conversation and a self tape evaluation. Everything is recorded, and you have access to a private archive that also has additional content to move you forward in your career.

  • We don’t offer traditional, private coaching, instead we offer our six month Working Actor Mentorship. We believe true growth is committing to ongoing coaching, so you can be helped in every aspect of your journey.
