At Get Scene we run our classes in a way to encourage actors to work at an extremely high quality and professional level to help them actually Get Scene in the film/TV industry and find success in this challenging business. Now - that starts with following directions, and reading emails thoroughly, and working at a high level on all the technical aspects. Most of our classes will require homework prior, and if the directions are not followed then your self-tape will not be watched. Unfortunately, that will be the lesson, among watching your classmates. We cannot stress the importance of following directions and we are doing our best to help agents and casting… and you.

Scene Work Intensive Format
This intensive is designed to give actors the chance to dig deeper into scene work, take direction, and strengthen their ability to bring a script to life on camera.
Actors will receive a handful of scripts ahead of class and choose the scene they want to prepare. From there, students will self-tape their scene and submit it in advance.

IN PERSON Workshop: Tactical Training for Film & TV – 5 hour Intensive
Alessandro Folchitto
Alessandro has worked as an actor, stunt performer, Stunt Coordinator, Military Coordinator, and Military Advisor / Consultant in 70+ film/TV projects including The Falcon & Winter Soldier, Macgyver, Stranger Things, Doom Patrol, Avengers: Endgame to name a few. He was honored by the Screen Actors Guild Awards and “Nominated For Outstanding Performance by a Stunt Ensemble In A Motion Picture” in two different films: Avengers: Infinity War and Ant-Man And The Wasp.
He was an Italian Special Forces officer in the famous 9th Assault Regiment Paratroopers “Col Moschin”. Alessandro is fluent in Italian, English, and French.
Tactical Training for Actors Format
Step onto set with total confidence. This is an in-person tactical intensive built for actors who want to handle a firearm the way a trained professional handles one, and walk away with footage that proves they can.
Action roles go to actors who look like they have done this before. Armorers, stunt coordinators, and directors can spot a fake grip and a hesitant reload instantly, and so can casting. Most actors never get real instruction until a coordinator corrects them in front of the crew. This workshop gives it to you first, in a controlled environment, from a professional whose job is keeping people safe on set.
You'll train dry in the morning and live in the afternoon, building from safety and fundamentals to live fire under direct supervision. This isn't a lecture and it isn't a demo you watch from a chair. You'll be on your feet working the material all day.
The intensive will wrap with a Q&A conversation.
Handling, Safety & Movement
The foundation every set expects you to already have. You'll cover:
Firearms handling
Firearm safety and set safety
Industry terminology, so you understand direction the first time it's given
Small arm handling and manipulation
Reloading
Footwork and movement, static and dynamic drills
Room clearing tactics
Team drills
This is where you learn the difference between what is genuinely safe and what merely looks good on camera, which is the distinction that separates actors who get invited back from actors who make the crew nervous.
Live Fire
Take the morning's work to the range and put rounds downrange under direct professional supervision. You'll train:
Trigger squeeze
Recoil control
Reloading drills
Accuracy drills
Depending on proficiency, the session may progress to shooting from behind cover, moving from cover to cover, room clearing tactics, and primary to secondary transition.
Nothing here is rushed and nothing is performed before it is taught. Your instructor sets the pace based on what the group is genuinely ready for.
🎬 Footage for Actors (Included)
Your footage is included in your investment. You'll be captured working the material so you leave with usable, professional-looking tactical footage for your reel, your training portfolio, and your submissions.
This is the piece most actors can't get anywhere else. Instead of listing "firearms training" on your resume and hoping casting believes you, you'll show them a clip of yourself moving, handling, and reloading like someone who has actually done the work.
🔫 Live Firearm Training
This intensive includes hands-on live fire instruction with a qualified professional. Every protocol is taught before it is practiced and safety governs the entire day.
Ammunition is an additional fee, purchased on site.
📝 The Complete Actor's Workout
Age Requirement: 18 years old and up
Firearm Safety and Set Safety Protocols
Industry Terminology
Small Arm Handling, Manipulation, and Reloading
Footwork and Movement, Static and Dynamic Drills
Room Clearing Tactics and Team Drills
Live Fire: Trigger Squeeze, Recoil Control, Reloading, Accuracy
Advanced Live Fire Progressions Based on Proficiency
Footage for Actors Included
The class will conclude with a Q&A conversation
⚡ Important
Safety instruction is not optional and it is not negotiable. Every participant follows the instructor's direction exactly, every time. Anyone who does not will be removed from the floor with no refund and no credit. This is the same standard that will be held on a real set, and it is the reason this training is worth putting on your resume.
You'll receive your welcome email with location, schedule, and preparation details 5 days before class. Check your email and your spam folder. If you do not receive it, please email info@getscenestudios.com.
👉 Who This Is For
This workshop isn't for everyone. It's for actors serious about booking action, military, law enforcement, and thriller roles in film and television, who want authentic skills on their resume and real footage in their hands. No previous firearms experience required, just a willingness to learn, follow direction precisely, and level up.
What to Bring
Comfortable, movement-friendly clothing and closed-toe shoes, water, and yourself ready to work. All training weapons, safety equipment, and protective gear will be provided. Ammunition for the live fire portion is purchased on site for an additional fee.
This class is for 18+
