This is an IN-PERSON class in Atlanta.

This workshop grants you exclusive access to self taping tutorials that help you build your own home setup, edit and compress files, and teach iPhone tricks to create incredible self-tapes.

Class Overview

Actors will experience an immersive audition preparation process tailored for Broadwayand New York theatre. This class will replicate real-world scenarios with a focus on self-tapes, live auditions, and in-depth industry insight. Participants will gain valuable feedback, hands-on experience, and expert advice about breaking into the Broadway scene.

Class Format

Students will participate in three distinct segments designed to mimic the Broadwayaudition process:

1. Self-Tape Preparation and Feedback

Actors will receive audition materials in advance and be required to submit a self-tape. Feedback will focus on both acting and technical elements. Students will have the opportunity to re-tape based on this feedback.

2. Live In-Person Audition

Participants will present a prepared monologue or 16 bars of a song and receive a live redirect from the instructor to refine their performance.

3. Industry Conversation and Q&A

The class will conclude with an in-depth discussion on what it takes to work in New York City and on Broadway. Topics will include navigating auditions, the realities of Broadwaycontracts, building a sustainable career, and more.

Actors will receive a welcome email with instructions on how to prepare and submit their materials. Acting feedback is contingent upon following these instructions. Refunds will not be provided for incomplete submissions.
