This workshop grants you exclusive access to self taping tutorials that help you build your own home setup, edit and compress files, and teach iPhone tricks to create incredible self-tapes.

Get Scene 360 Format

Students will have the opportunity to experience all three audition scenarios: self-tape, in person, and a cold read. Actors will be given mock sides ahead of time and be required to self-tape. They will receive feedback and have the opportunity to read again. Afterward, they will get a cold read on the spot to improve how they make spontaneous choices. This intensive class will conclude with a Q&A.

You will receive Acting, Technical, or a combination of feedback on your materials. You must follow all the instructions in the welcome email to receive acting feedback. By signing up you understand that you will not be refunded if you do not follow directions.

Carissa Fowler

Carissa started her career in the entertainment industry when she was 14 years old. She began taking acting classes, found her love of acting, and started booking local commercials and productions in the Atlanta area. In 2004 – 2005 she moved to Los Angeles to take advantage of the training and opportunities during pilot and episodic seasons.

Her LA experience paid off when she moved back to Atlanta. She booked several episodic such as CW One Tree Hill, TPS Tyler Perry’s House of Payne, and USA Necessary Roughness. After a second stay in LA (between 2009–2010) she continued to build her resume when she booked FOX The Following, a recurring role of BET The Game, and was cast as Diane Lane’s daughter in the feature film, Secretariat. During her downtime beginning in 2007 through current, Carissa started working with Jayme Pervis at JPervis Talent Agency first assisting in clerical jobs and learning the ins and outs of the agency. She is now an agent.

In 2011, Carissa married her first love, Mason Fowler. They have 2 beautiful children. She continues to work at J Pervis Talent Agency as an Agent & Nw Talent Coordinator.
