Laura Magner is a Film/TV and Voiceover Agent at Alexander White Agency (AWA), a boutique talent agency founded in 2013 with offices in Atlanta and Los Angeles. Working out of the Atlanta office, she represents actors for film, television and voiceover. Before joining AWA in 2022, Laura spent nearly four years as a TV/Film and Commercial Agent at Ursula Wiedmann Models and Talent, a SAG-AFTRA franchised agency in Atlanta. A reader and writer herself, she brings a creative’s perspective to agenting, and creativity is at the heart of how she talks about the business.
Renee Vesci, Talent Agent for Fast Lanesince 2014, began her film journey as an actor and achieved SAG Eligibility. She moved into Production and one of her first assignments was working as Jason Alexander’s personal assistant for the film "Shallow Hal" (shot in Charlotte). From there, she worked for over ten years as a freelance Production Coordinator for commercials and national tours.
Peggi McKinley has spent more than four decades in the film and entertainment industry as a commercial producer, talent agent, educator, and casting director. Launching her career in the Miami market, she expanded her reach to offices throughout Florida (Orlando, Tampa, and Jacksonville), to the Southwest (Arizona) and to Atlanta. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for placing thousands of individuals—from infants to seniors—in major motion pictures, television series, feature films, commercials, theatrical productions and national and international print campaigns, and catalogs. Her long-term relationships with both talent and clients continue to contribute to her success. She is delighted to have permanently relocated from Miami and joined the team at The Avenue Agency.
Gail Tassell is the founder and principal of Tassell Talent Group, an Atlanta-based talent management company representing actors for film, television and commercials, with clients working in the Atlanta, New York and Los Angeles markets. A talent manager for more than two decades, with roughly 25 years in the Southeast, Gail built her company around a simple vision: to inspire, guide and build a family of successful actors, screenwriters, producers and filmmakers.
Sabine Krausch is the Film and Theatrical Agent at Talent Direct Agency (TDA), a SAG-AFTRA franchised, WBENC-certified talent and modeling agency based in Boca Raton, Florida. Founded in 2006, TDA places adult and youth talent across Florida and nationally in film, television, commercials, print, voiceover and user-generated content. Sabine is also a leader in Florida’s production community. She has served on the board of Film Florida, sits on its legislative committee and is Vice Chair of its Industry & Association Council. Alongside TDA founder Bianka Krausch, she hosts networking events and the educational “Behind the Lens” workshop series for Film Florida members in South Florida.

Most actors spend months, sometimes years, sending submissions into a void and hoping the right representative opens the file. This showcase puts you in front of five agents and managers in a single session, with a prepared self tape, professional written feedback from each guest, and a live Q&A with the people who decide.
There is no other workshop, class, or audition that gives you this much representation at once.
Self-Paced Virtual Training Included
Before the showcase you get full access to our go-at-your-own-pace training. You'll cover the technical side of self-taping (setup, framing, lighting, sound, editing) and the business side of getting an agent (who to target, how to approach, what reps actually open). You walk into the showcase knowing exactly what's expected and how to deliver it.

Your self tape will be shown live for five industry guests in real time. They watch, take notes, and prepare written feedback specific to your work.

You won't walk away wondering what they thought. Each of the five guests delivers a written PDF evaluation of your tape and slate. That's five professional perspectives on the same material, side by side, so you can spot the patterns and act on them immediately.
Open Q&A with All Five Guests
The session closes with a live Q&A. Ask the questions actors rarely get to ask: what gets a tape watched all the way through, what gets an actor passed in five seconds, what they wish actors knew before reaching out, how to follow up without burning a bridge.
