Elana Ripley opened up East West Management 3 years ago in partnership with Scott Howard from Howard Entertainment out of Los Angeles. She currently represents actors in the Southeast, New York and Los Angeles. She was born and raised in Los Angeles, California and started her career in production working for the producer Lynda Obst. She then moved into representation working for Scott Howard at Howard Entertainment. Elana moved to Atlanta 13 years ago, where she was a talent agent at Atlanta Models and Talent and Houghton Talent. She has also worked as the casting director for Lantern Audio before opening up East West Managment with her partner Scott Howard.
